Born out of the need for organized and focused representation,
the Northwest Neighborhood Alliance brings to the forefront issues and concerns
related to the quality of life in Northwest San Antonio.
-----*-----
The Northwest Neighborhood Alliance is comprised of over thirty neighborhood
home-owner associations across northwest San Antonio representing over
thirty thousand homes.
By its organizational charter, the Alliance covers all of northwest San
Antonio in the area outside I.H. Loop 410. It is bounded on the northeast
by I.H.-10 and U.S. Highway 90 to the south with Loop 1604 as the current
outer boundary.
The Northwest Neighborhood Alliance represents the concerns of the homeowner in cases of zoning,
development, schools, traffic flow and safety. The alliance attends City
Council meetings and works closely with council, its staff, and the Mayor
to ensure citizen feedback and concerns are given just consideration.
Essentially, the Alliance is the cumulative voice of home-owner associations
it represents.
